So I wanted to make traditional south indian snacks at home and this appam pit has been a game changer.. I make kuzhi paniyaram, paddu, and sometimes even mini uttapam in it. The non stick coating means i can use very little oil and the food still doesnt stick. Each cavity heats evenly so all the pieces cook at the same rate. Ive had this for about 5 weeks now and used it atleast 15 times. No issues whatsoever. The handle stays cool and the product looks new still. Really happy with Nidhi's quality
