When Returns/Exchanges Are Accepted

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damages
  • Wrong product received

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at customercare@nidhicookware.com with your request.
  2. Attach a copy of the original purchase invoice.
  3. Provide at least two clear photographs of the product.
  4. For shipping damage or wrong product received, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Purchase Source

  • Returns/Exchanges are valid only for products purchased directly from:
    • Our official website: www.nidhicookware.com
    • Our showroom
  • Purchases made from other websites or dealers will be subject to the return policy of the respective seller.

Timeline & Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be returned with:
    • Packaging intact
    • All accompanying documentation (Warranty Card) 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will equal the price you paid at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Shipping cost refunds are applicable only on products with a manufacturing defect.
  • Incase of failed payment it will be refunded on the original source of payment as per bank policy.
